You will play a key role in supporting the Business Intelligence product's post-sales advisory & customer support activities. This will include handling product operation activities including massive inbound queries and achieving the expected customer satisfaction level, and performing internal documentation and product content draft tasks, as well as preparing the material/content for distribution activities.

HERE IS SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

-BI Product post-sales advisory & customer support activities

-Monitor all customer inbound queries through the Salesforce platform and engage with clients to understand their requirements. Provide guidance on how to use the BI product to meet their business needs.

-BI Product operation activities, such as debug reported issues and categorize them as per internal guideline; liaise with vendors to investigate and apply fixes and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) once the fixes are completed and inform the vendor if accepted to be released in Production

Profile

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong skills on data analysis, statistics, database querying, SQL with great sense of data and numbers. University degree with major in computer/data science/statistics/mathematics would be ideal.

- High proficiency on MS Excel, PPT and Word, and strong computer skills on BI and/or data analysis too, Power BI would be considered as great assets)
